 Modern Strength Psychology Center (MSPC) is excited to offer an excellent training opportunity with an emphasis on neurodevelopmental diagnoses throughout the lifespan. This post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology is designed as a 24-month, full-time position, with a flexible start date between August 1st and September 15th, 2024 and providing 4,000 hours of clinical training. 

As a fellow at MSPC, trainees will complete on average 3 neuropsychological evaluations per week, with an option to design their fourth day of client care between another neuropsychological evaluation, or a day of therapy. As fellows, trainees will have the opportunity to provide umbrella supervision to practicum students and psychometricians. Fellows will receive supervision from 2 licensed neuropsychologists and a counseling psychologist on staff. If trainees are interested in other opportunities, such as forensic, sport, or professional psychology, they can join cases as opportunities arise. Furthermore, this position will allow for the unique opportunity of furthering knowledge of the business aspects that working in a group private practice allots. 

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Completion of an APA-accredited PhD or PsyD Program by start date in either School Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology
• Completion of APA-accredited internship

Preference will be given to individuals who:

• Have extensive training in assessment, especially neuropsychological assessment and neurodevelopmental diagnoses
• Have a strong interest in working with individuals across the lifespan
• Are interested in working with LGBTQIA+ clients

• $50,000 to 53,000 salary (first year); $53,000 to 55,000 salary (second year)
