Owner, Clinical Neuropsychologist & Psychologist
Dr. Kassandra Lowery is a neuropsychologist and clinical psychologist who specializes in comprehensive neuropsychological assessment of those of all ages who suspect they may have Autism or Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Dr. Lowery is also extensively trained in the assessment of individuals presenting with concerns surrounding medical diagnoses, injuries (e.g., concussion), learning difficulties, behaviors, and mental health.
Dr. Lowery earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology through Indiana University, with a focus in neurodevelopmental disorders. Dr. Lowery utilizes her unique training in neuropsychology, school psychology and neurodivergence to assist her clients and their families in advocating for their rights in the workplace and the school system.
Dr. Lowery is passionate and committed to providing children, adolescents, adults and their families with high-quality, comprehensive assessments to better understand themselves or their loved one’s strengths so they can achieve their fullest potential for a happy and healthy life. Dr. Lowery’s mission as a mental health provider is to ensure that each client she assists along their diagnostic journey feels their unique story and lived experiences are heard and integrated into their journey of self-discovery.
Dr. Lowery actively continues to be involved in the community by providing consultative services for those looking to learn about working with those who are neurodivergent and taking part in speaking engagements. Dr. Lowery continues to engage in ongoing Lifelong learning through engagement with educational courses, teaching graduate classes, and supervising advanced psychology externs in her practice.
Dr. Lowery is committed to providing neurodivergent and LGBTQIA2S+ affirmative care. She also pledges to continuously take a stand against harmful behaviors that impact her clients and the world around her including racism, bigotry, ableism, and oppression of those.
Counseling Psychologist
Dr. Kevin Dugan is a licensed counseling psychologist with over 20 years of experience in providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. He specializes in helping his clients navigate relationship difficulties, anxiety, self-esteem, and mood disorders with an emphasis on those diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. Dr. Dugan also specializes in addressing issues of a religious or spiritual nature for clients who may be seeking this.
Dr. Dugan earned his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University and also hold an MA in Community Counseling and Theological Studies. Prior to this, Dr. Dugan completed his undergraduate degree in Computer Science at Purdue University. Dr. Dugan predominately engages in the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) as the psychological research has provided empirical support behind this modality to optimize the effectiveness of therapy, especially when treating anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues among others.
Dr. Dugan is dedicated to and works hard to provide an environment guided by the desire to provide a non-judgmental, therapeutic environment for those who come into his office. Dr. Dugan believes in the inherent goodness of each individual to provide a safe space for therapy.
In addition to being a dedicated therapist, Dr. Dugan also provides extensive supervision to pre-licensed individuals, who are either working to complete their licensure hours or schooling. Within this role, Dr. Dugan strives to create compassionate, knowledgeable, and ethical clinicians for future generations.
Clinical Neuropsychologist & Psychologist
Dr. Corby Bubp graduated with his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University in 2004 with a specialization in Neuropsychology. He completed his pre-doctoral internship at the Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) followed by a 2-year Fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Corby Bubp is a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist who specializes in neuropsychological evaluation and treatment of brain-based disorders such as concussions, traumatic brain injury (TBI), dementia, memory, and stroke as well as attention and learning disorders.
Dr. Bubp completes legal and forensic evaluations for a variety of cases including local, federal, death penalty, and civil cases. These cases have included Independent Medical Evaluations (IME), Fitness for Duty Evaluations, and Worker’s Compensation Cases. He is qualified as an expert witness in the state of Indiana.
Dr. Bubp also works with several police, fire, and public safety departments for whom he completes PERF evaluations, Critical Incident evaluations, and general consultative services. He has served as a consultant for a variety of police and fire departments throughout the state of Indiana.
Dr. Bubp is also uniquely trained to complete evaluations for the Federal Aviation Association (FAA) for those who are seeking their pilot’s license and require a neuropsychological/ psychological assessment for clearance.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Mrs. Iman Kiritsis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCW) with over 20 years of experience in private practice and providing school services to children, adolescents, and adults. Mrs. Kiristis specializes in providing care to adults and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which is an evidence based, trauma-informed treatment on individuals who have experienced a traumatic event in their life. Mrs. Kiritsis also provides individual therapy to person’s who may be experiencing grief, loss, anxiety, depression and/or other complex mental health difficulties.
Mrs. Kiritsis earned her Master’s of Social Work (MSW) from Indiana University/Purdue University – Indianapolis (IUPUI) in 1996, after completing her undergraduate degree in psychology at IUPUI as well. Following this, Iman worked within the school system as a social worker providing therapeutic services for over 10 years before joining private practice.
Mrs. Kiritsis is passionate about helping each individual she works with on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
Child and Adult Psychotherapist
Mr. Glenn Kelich is a pre-licensed psychotherapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. He specializes in working with individuals that are experiencing anxiety, depression, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), disruptive behaviors, and other mental health diagnoses. Mr. Kelich is currently furthering his knowledge and expertise in performance psychology and other performance-related endeavors.
Mr. Kelich earned his M.S.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling and Counselor Education from Indiana University. During his graduate career at Indiana University, he completed training at Indiana University/Purdue University – Indianapolis (IUPUI) as a career consultant for undergraduates, and other private practice settings working with both children and adults .
In addition to being a psychotherapist, Mr. Kelich is a former professional dancer and dance teacher, which drives his interests in sports and performance psychology. Mr. Kelich is committed to providing a safe space for clients to understand and process their emotions. Within his therapeutic approach, Mr. Kelich strives to help his clients develop strategies for emotion regulation in an effort to facilitate greater overall mental and physical well-being.
